Valenza will experience magic, music and lots of entertainment this Christmas.

Numerous initiatives have been organized by the Municipality of Valenza for Christmas 2024.
Celebrations will begin on 29 November in Piazza Gramsci with two inaugural moments. The first, at 5:30 p.m., with the opening of the Skating Rink and the performance of the ASD Iceinline sports club. The skating rink and the attractions in Piazza Gramsci will be available to children until 12 January 2025. At 6:30 p.m. the second inaugural moment will be the Christmas tree and lights switch-on accompanied by the show by GMA Dance Academy.


On Saturday 30 November at 5 p.m., the Municipal Cultural Center will host Christmas-themed readings by Amori in Corso and the inauguration of Santa's letter box where children can post their letter to the North Pole.


On Sunday 1 December, the Christmas initiatives continue at 4:30 p.m. with the Santa Claus parade through the streets of the town curated by the Vespa Club of Mirabello Monferrato and, from 5:30 p.m. at Piazza Gramsci, the town associations will organize a refreshment point open to the public.

On Saturday 7 December from 3 p.m., entertainment will continue in Piazza Gramsci with children’s workshops and from 4 p.m. with the inauguration of Santa’s House with the opening of the Magic Door.
At 9 p.m. Teatro Sociale of Valenza will host the usual Christmas music event with Baggar’s Farm: “Natale in Rock”.

On Sunday 8 December, the initiatives will continue in Piazza Gramsci from 3 p.m. with children's workshops and entertainment in Santa’s House and, from 5 p.m. along Corso Garibaldi, the town associations will provide adults and children with an afternoon snack with the great Pandorata.

On Wednesday 11 December, along Corso Garibaldi from 6:30 p,m. it will be the turn of the event “BVLGARI in città: Alessandro Ristori e i Portofinos in concerto”. The event will be held along Corso Garibaldi which will transform into an open air lounge where the bars will be involved in the “APERID’ORO”, themed aperitivo
outdoors.

On 14 December, numerous events will involve both adults and children. Piazza Gramsci will host an inflatable slide for the entire day, along Corso Garibaldi from 4 p.m. the entertainment will be organized by Los Papatachos with their travelling concert and from 5 p.m. aperitivo with the theme “La via dell’oro”, initiative organized with the bars of
the town.
Always on Saturday 14 December at 8:30 p.m. the Sports hall will host the Volleyball match Negrini CTE Acqui Terme of the A3 Championship. This will be followed by the exchange of festive greetings with final toast organized in association with the Municipality of Acqui Terme.

On Sunday 15 December in Piazza Gramsci, the inflatable slide will be back all day. In the afternoon, two musical events dedicated to Christmas songs: from 4 p.m. in Piazza Verdi “Le note sui registri” and, from 6 p.m. in Piazza Gramsci, Luana Stoico will sing songs under the tree.

On Saturday 21 December at 4 p.m. at the Municipal Culture Center, a 100% local tradition with “Il filo d’oro” curated by the Confraternity of San Bernardino and Sant’Eligio. The demonstration of the town's goldsmithing expertise in gold thread work is back by popular demand.

On Sunday 22 December, the activities will continue with the Living Nativity Scene, from 3 p.m. in Piazza XXXI Martiri, and with the enchantment of the magic of Mago Starman, at 4 p.m. in Piazza Verdi.
