Friday 27 October at 5.30 pm inauguration of the exhibition "Bruno Aller. Immagini come parole - Incisioni" curated by the association Il Triangolo Nero with the collaboration of the Municipality of Alessandria, the “Francesca Calvo” Civic Library and the Company Costruire Insieme.
The Roman artist Bruno Aller, not an unfamiliar face in our city, has worked and carried out plenty of research on the relationship between word and image. The mainstay of his modus operandi is the construction/deconstruction of letters/words redefining them in architectures which, through a process of conceiving and implementing, form ‘other’ abstract structures and images which have an uncommon and elegant strength of expression in colour. For this exhibition, together with several rare and admirable loose sheets which range from the 1990s to the present day, several of his proofs have been chosen, gathered into prestigious editorial folders, which see the collaboration-coexistence of texts of poets and art critics which, almost in terms of musical terms, could be called four-hands
work.
