On Sunday 4 August, ten years from its last appearance in Visone, the Olivier River Gess Band is back, one of the most historical and long-lived Italian groups who play early New Orleans Jazz, always able to engage the audience with drive and enthusiasm among the secrets of the most captivating swing and the most persuasive blues.

On Friday 9 August, The Terry Pollard Legacy will take to the stage, an event conceived and coordinated by the pianist Mattia Niniano who, together with bassist Andrea Amato, trombonist Mauro Parodi and drummer Luigi Marras and with the participation of saxophonist Emanuele Cisi, will allow us to rediscover the story of this 1950s jazz protagonist through story-telling and music,
with pieces composed or recorded by Terry Pollard during his career, but also with original pieces written directly by Niniano.

On Saturday 10 August, the traditional appointment with the students of the Jazz Department of the Vivaldi Conservatory of Alessandria will close the event with Chickalese forever, a tribute
to the composer, pianist and keyboard player Chick Corea, who died in 2021. The set is formed by Davide Conti (creator and author of the show, vox), Pierre Dalle
(guitar) and Gianluca
Gallucci (drums) and offers an intense and surprising musical challenge: reinterpret the musical production of Corea using voice as main element, not only in the songs already thought of as vocal in the original version, but also for the melodic rendition of those which are totally instrumental, with the intent of looking at Corea the composer without being 'distracted' by Corea the unrivaled pianist.
