Tasting booth for Sparkling wine made using the Martinotti Method organized by the Italian Sommelier Association delegation of Casale Monferrato in association with Consorzio di Tutela Vini Colline del Monferrato Casalese.
On the centenary of the death of Federico Martinotti, Oenologist from Monferrato and inventor of the homonymous method of making sparkling wine in autoclaves, visitors are given the possibility to purchase a tasting Glass to discover the peculiarity and aromas of Martinotti Method Sparkling wines from all over Italy with the help of professional Sommeliers.
