Legal Notes
The website www.alexala.it has the function of promoting, through the internet, the tourism sector and to gather and distribute information regarding the same concerning the area covered by the Province of Alessandria.
The information published on the site is supplied and modified by various content providers, owners of their respective rights of ownership.

Property rights
The content published on the site is protected by and subject to the current legislation that gives rights of authorship and commercial property rights. The content of the site is available solely for personal use. Therefore, no content matter may be copied, reproduced, published, downloaded, sent or transmitted or distributed in any form whatsoever, except  in the case of registration for personal use and not for commmercial use. Also in the case of permission for personal use, the copyright information must be maintained in its entirety. The use, publication, distribution or inclusion of site content on other web sites is forbidden, except when there is the authorisation by the copyright holders for use of said content.
Trade marks are used with the permission of the respective copyright holders of said trademarks, brand logos, patents and copyrights. Alexala is willing to correct, upon notification, any oversight on behalf of the editorial team.
The site www.alaxala.it can host links to other internet sites. In this case, Alexala has no responsibility for the content of such sites and, in consequence,does not accept any responsibility whatsoever with regard to the veracity, reliability, accuracy and uniformity of information contained within such sites.

RSS feed use
Alexala has made available an RSS feed with titles and news and event summaries. This feed is free for personal use. In case of publication on another internet site then the reference to the original story and the link to the RSS feed must be retained in its entirety.

Limitation of responsibility
Alexala does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any damage, whether direct, incidental, consequential or indirect, whether through loss, data damage, loss of profit, warning, business or business opportunity which derive from access to the site or from its use or from the impossibility of use of the site or of content there published or from access to third party sites made available through a hyperlink or from its use or the impossibility of such use and the content published therein.
Alexala has the responsibility, in each and every case, of removing with all possible speed, following notification, content considered damaging and/or offensive or, alternatively content considered as such by the relevant judicial authorities.
This section of the site can be modified at any given moment. It is the responsibility of users to have a constant view. Use of the site implies unqualified and unconditional acceptance of the clauses relating to the site and which are detailed above.

Alexala does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any changes or variations to either the programmes detailed herein or the date

Information on privacy protection
The following information details the management of the site alexala.it with regard to the personal data of people who access the site.
The information is also subject to art 13 of the D. Lgs of June 30th 2003 no. 196 “law in relation to the protection of personal data” for those people who access the web service through the www.alexala.it address.
This information is only applicable to the site www.alaxala.it and not to any other sites that users may access through links.

Under article 13 of the law referred to above, we hereby communicate the following information with regard to the treatment of your personal data.

Information requested in the registration phase may be used to facilitate access and the eventual and subsequent use of online services.

Navigation data (log files)
The operating system and software procedure that this site uses to function acquires, in its normal working format, some personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of the protocols of communication of the internet.
This is with regard to information not collected with a view to the identification of interested parties, although by their very nature they could, through elaboration and association with data held by third parties, allow the identification of users.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or the dominion names used by the user who connects to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to make the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the state of the data response given to the server (concluded, error, etc) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the information environment of the user.
This data is used for the sole purpose of gathering anonymous information statistics on site usage and to monitor the correct function of the site and are only retained for the period defined by current legislation. The data could be used for the investigation of responsibility in the case of  possible information crimes causing damage to the site.
This site has a anonymous statistics monitoring system in place operated by Google Analytics whcih uses cookies as outlined in the document “Rules on privacy” (http://www.google.it/privacypolicy.html) that have no memory files on personal data.

Cookies
Cookies are not used in any form for the transmission of personal data., nor are persistent forms of any type used or any system for user tracing.
The use of session cookies (which are not subject to long-term memory on the user’s computer and disappear upon closure of the browser) is strictly limited for the transmission of session identification (constituted of random numbers generated by the server, necessary for the safe and efficient exploration of the site.
The session cookies used on this site avoid recourse to other information systems which might be potentially prejudicial to the navigation security of the user and do not permit or allow the acquisition of user personal data.

Purpose of Use
Personal data supplied may be used, directly by Alexala, solely for the purpose of:

  • the correct function of the site and of the services and information requested;
  • the gathering of statistical information, the despatch of information material and the updating of the initiatives and programmes of Alexala.

 

Method of use
The use of personal data involves the collection, registration, organisation, filing, elaboration, cancellation and destruction of that same data, normally made up of two or more of these operations.
Data is used for the purposes detailed above, in line with legislation detailed in article 11 of the D. Lgs. No. 196/2003, both for printed material and internet material, via electronic or automatic equipment, in full respect of the rules of confidentiality and security covered in existing legislation.
This usage is carried out directly by Alexala within the parameters of the usage principles outlined in the previous section.
Data will be retained for a period not longer than that necessary for the purposes for which the material has been gathered and successively used conforming to that specified by legislation.

Nature of supplying personal data and consequences of refusing to supply information
The supply of personal data is optional.
A refusal to supply this information could lead to the negation of use of the site and of accessing the services and information contained therein. 

Communication and distribution of data
Personal data is not distributed in any form whatsoever.

Interested party rights
Interested parties have the right of obtaining the confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data, even if they have not yet registered and their communication is intelligible.
Interested parties have the right of obtaining:

  • updating and amending or, where necessary, the integration of data;
  • the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or the blocking of data used in an illegal form, comprising that for which retention is not necessary in relation to the aims and purposes for which the data has been gathered or used.
